School

Noah has started to show a real interest in learning his numbers, letter, shapes and colors.  So, as of the new year we have "school" for 10-15 minutes everyday.  Sometimes it's longer because he really gets into the project.  Each day we do something different.  This particular day I am gonna share with you we were working on the number 1.  All of the numbers are associated with a sea creature.  So today we made an ocean.

                                                  

 

After the ocean was made, Noah colored his seal and practiced writing his number 1.  Then we hung the ocean on the wall and put the seal and the numbers he wrote on the ocean.  As he learns more numbers, more animals and number lines will join the ocean.

 

It is such a fun, messy, and cool way to learn about the numbers.
